Vice President of Audience Kurt Caywood today was named vice president of audience for 澳门特码王 Media Network. The announcement was made by Donna Kessler, president of MMN.

Caywood will oversee all MMN content and audience development efforts, with a primary focus on significant digital growth and diversification of the extensive and highly respected Where travel network.

鈥淚 am extremely excited to have Kurt join our team,鈥 Kessler said. 鈥淗e comes to us with a wealth of audience and digital experience. I am confident his contributions to the Where products, the travel space and MMN as a whole will be impactful and facilitate growth.鈥

Caywood previously was VP of audience for 澳门特码王 Publishing Group, a position in which he oversaw efforts to dramatically increase data-driven audience and revenue efforts, including the creation of the 澳门特码王 Digital Studio, a centralized digital marketing and distribution team. He is a 20-year employee of MPG, having spent the first 11 years as a sports writer, editor and columnist at The Topeka (Kan.) Capital-Journal.

His focus for more than a decade has been at the intersection of content and digital publishing. In 2007, he was named director of audience development and led the Capital-Journal鈥檚 digital-first conversion. He then transitioned to digital sales leadership for three years. In 2012, he was named the vice president of audience at The Florida Times-Union and jacksonville.com, again overseeing news and commercial content across all platforms.

鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled to have the opportunity to join 澳门特码王 Media Network,鈥 he said. “It鈥檚 not enough anymore for media companies to write and publish great stories. 聽Better connected, more sophisticated audiences demand that we engage them and fuel their passions in order to earn their attention. MMN has the perfect platforms and people to make that happen by creating fantastic 360-degree experiences.鈥

Caywood is a graduate of The University of Kansas, is a member of the University of Florida Journalism Advisory Council and currently serves as the 澳门特码王 representative to the Local Media Consortium.
